E36 Blower motor replacement guide For BMW E36 (3 series 92-98, early 99) New or used blower motor I will try to include every single problem I ran into while doing this in my write-up, but you may have a different experience. This was a lot simpler than I thought it would be however, so if you have even basic mechanical experience I'm sure you can handle this. No "BMW special tools" were needed.

You will need a few basic tools including a floor jack, spring compressor and jack stands. This is challenging, but not that bad that I think people couldn't do this, with a decent DIY. Plan on taking 3-5 hours
